<pre>Added MsgCmdSetPos class.
This class encapsulated a message that can be sent to a robot to suggest that that robot has a particular pose. A use case is when a robot is bumped and encounters a gyro error. Its internal pose representation is now off. The human can, from looking at the robot and its environment, place the robot on the map. That pose information is then sent to the robot.</pre>
