[Soups-announce] help us decide on SOUPS 2013 dates

While plans for SOUPS 2012 are starting to shape up, we're already starting to plan for SOUPS 2013. We are pleased to hold SOUPS 2013 in Europe -- the first time it has been held outside the US! We plan to hold SOUPS 2013 at Northumbria University in the UK. We are trying to decide which dates in July are best so as to avoid conflicts with other events. We're also wondering whether holding it over the 4th of July holiday would be a plus or a minus for those making the trip from the US. So please take 2 minutes to visit the survey link below and provide some quick feedback on possible dates.
