[Soups-announce] Save the date for SOUPS 2009

Now that SOUPS 2008 is over, we are starting to plan for SOUPS 2009. I  
am pleased to announce that SOUPS 2009 will be held July 15-17, 2009  
in Mountain View, CA (hosted by Google).  One of the reasons we are  
holding the event in Mountain View is to try to attract more of a  
developer and industry audience so that the researchers can talk to  
people who may actually be able to use their results and may be able  
to provide them with some feedback based on a real world perspective.  
If you are interested in volunteering to help, please let me know. We  
will especially be looking for people to help with publicity to Bay  
area developers, and also help us put together some great panels and  
tutorials that will attract developers both as participants and  
attendees.
