Interactive 3D games and WebXR environments are usually framed as entertainment, yet they are also structured, naturalistic settings in which behavior can be observed and measured. This workshop explores how such environments can be designed as tools for assessment,
learning, therapy, and intervention with autistic and other neurodiverse users, and how to do so in an accessible, neurodiversity-affirming way that complements, never replaces, clinician and caregiver judgment.</div>
