<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 8pt; line-height: 18.4px;"><font size="3">A PhD position is available at the Lyon Neuroscience Research Centre (CRNL) in Lyon (France) in the group of <a href="https://sites.google.com/view/giuliobondanelli/" style="color: rgb(150, 96, 125);">Giulio
Bondanelli</a> (<a href="https://sites.google.com/view/giuliobondanelli/">https://sites.google.com/view/giuliobondanelli/</a>). The group develops dynamical system and statistical models to constrain circuit models of brain function from multimodal neural
data at the cellular level (recordings, connectome data, intervention), with the goal of understanding how neural computations arise from collective network interactions. </font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 8pt; line-height: 18.4px;"><font size="3">We are looking for candidates with a strong quantitative background and solid programming skills, as well as an interest in exploring neuroscientific questions. Experience
with the analysis of neural data is a plus. <o:p></o:p></font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 8pt; line-height: 18.4px;"><font size="3">The successful applicant will be based at the <a href="https://www.crnl.fr/en?language=en" style="color: rgb(150, 96, 125);">Lyon Neuroscience Research Centre</a> (<a href="https://www.crnl.fr/en?language=en">https://www.crnl.fr/en?language=en</a>; Université
Claude Bernard Lyon 1), within an international and highly dynamic environment situated on the Campus Le Vinatier in Lyon. The centre brings together groups with diverse experimental and computational approaches spanning multiple scales of neuroscience.</font></p>
