The IEEE International Conferences on CIS-RAM have always been held together, to exploit the synergistic relationship between both areas. CIS-RAM was first held in Singapore in 2004, followed by Thailand in 2006, Chengdu (China) in 2008, Singapore in 2010,
Qingdao (China) in 2011, Manila (Philippines) in 2013, Angkor Wat (Cambodia) in 2015, Ningbo (China) in 2017, Bangkok (Thailand) in 2019, Penang (Malaysia) in 2023, and Hangzhou (China) in 2024. The 12th IEEE International Conferences on CIS-RAM will be held

Papers must be written in English and should describe original work. Papers should be six pages (A4 size) in length, with up to two extra pages. The number of pages includes the references, appendices, etc. All the papers in the conference proceedings will
be indexed in the IEEE Library and ISI Proceedings. Please note papers will be published in the conference proceedings only if at least one of the authors is officially registered. Accepted papers will be submitted for possible inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject
