      I am pleased to share an exciting opportunity for early-stage
      researchers to join the TUAI (Towards an Understanding of
      Artificial Intelligence) project, a <b>Marie Skłodowska-Curie
        Doctoral Network</b> funded by the European Union’s Horizon
      Europe program. </p>
    <p>We are currently offering <b>3 PhD positions</b> aimed at
      fostering transparent, open, and explainable AI through innovative
      research.<br>

      Key Information:<br>
    </p>
    <ul>
      <li>Positions Available: 3 Early Stage Researchers (PhD students)</li>
      <li>Project Overview: The TUAI project aims to bridge technical
        advancements in AI with societal needs, promoting ethical,
        responsible, and inclusive AI systems.</li>
      <li>Application Deadline: January 31, 2025 (early applications are
        encouraged).</li>
      <li>Start Date: Expected by June 1, 2025, with the possibility of
        earlier enrollment.</li>
      <li>Host Institution: University of Naples Federico II, Department
        of Mathematics and Applications "R. Caccioppoli", M.O.D.A.L
        Laboratory and Research Group<br>
      </li>
      <li>Areas of Focus: Federated learning, graph neural networks,
        generative AI approaches, and more.</li>
      <li>Eligibility: Applicants must hold a relevant Master’s degree
        and meet the EU mobility rules.</li>
