Neuromorphic Cognition Engineering Workshop. The Workshop has
been influential in shaping the field of neuromorphic
engineering and serving as a forum connecting across disciplines
such as artificial intelligence, neuroscience, cognitive
science, machine learning, robotics, computer vision, signal
processing, and electrical engineering.</span></p>
