Traditionally, Artificial Life research has sought to uncover the
mysteries of life and the mind, that is, to naturalise the “ghosts in
the machine”: What is life? What is the mind? At ALIFE 2023, we would
like to bring back the focus on the integration of philosophy of mind
with theoretical, computational and empirical works in science and
engineering that deal with these ghosts.

*Deadlines for submission:*
Call for Workshops & Tutorials - 31st January, 2023
Call for Papers & Extended Abstracts - 3rd March, 2023

For more details please check the conference website and follow us on Twitter and Facebook.

Hope to see you in Sapporo!

On behalf of the organizing team,
Nadine Spychala
