          <p style="margin:0in;font-family:Calibri;font-size:11.0pt"
            lang="en-US">despite
            significant progress relations between artificial
            intelligence and neuroscience
            are far from being fully explored. Several prominent authors
            - Y. Bengio, T.
            Poggio, D. Hassabis, M. Botvinick, S. Grossberg <br>
            and many others - have stressed
            that the best road to artificial general intelligence is
            requires taking<span style="mso-spacerun:yes">  </span>inspirations
            from neuroscience seriously.
            Recent call for the special issue on "AI and Neuroscience"
            in the
            Cognitive Computation journal is also aimed at such
            explorations. Neuroscience
            may provide ideas to improve machine learning algorithms. On
            the other hand ML
            provides support for analysis of neuroscience data, and
            helps to create models
            of information<span style="mso-spacerun:yes">  </span>processing
            by the brain. </p>
          <p style="margin:0in;font-family:Calibri;font-size:11.0pt"
            lang="en-US"> </p>
          <p style="margin:0in;font-family:Calibri;font-size:11.0pt"
            lang="en-US">At the
            past two Polish Conferences on Artificial Intelligence
            (PP-RAI) we have
            organized small special sessions devoted to neuroscience. We
            are convinced that
            both communities may learn from each other. </p>
          <p style="margin:0in;font-family:Calibri;font-size:11.0pt"
            lang="en-US">The third
            PP-RAI conference will be held on 25-27 April 2022 in
            Gdynia, Poland. It should
            at least be partially on-site, but most likely hybrid
            sessions will have to be
            organized. A special track "Neuroinformatics" will be
            devoted to
            interactions between AI and neuroscience. It may be a good
            opportunity to
            discuss your ideas before submitting them for a final
            publication. </p>
          <p style="margin:0in;font-family:Calibri;font-size:11.0pt"
            lang="en-US"> </p>
          <p style="margin:0in;font-family:Calibri;font-size:11.0pt"
            lang="en-US">We have
            already confirmation that prof. Andrzej Cichocki and prof.
            Dongrui Wu will
            deliver invited talks. </p>
          <p style="margin:0in;font-family:Calibri;font-size:11.0pt"
            lang="en-US">We shall
            select presentation on the basis of abstracts or papers. <br>
