Research will be conducted to help achieve the goals of an ARO grant that aims to train neocortical circuit models to play video games using biologically-plausible learning rules, and to compare model performance against commonly used deep reinforcement learning
algorithms. </span></p>

<p dir="ltr" style="line-height:1.656;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt"><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Arial;color:#000000;background-color:#ffffff;font-weight:400">Students will have the opportunity to learn cutting edge methods in computational neuroscience,
