<div>* PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, ECE, EE, EEE, or Computational Neuroscience<br>
</div>
<div>* Minimum 4 years of relevant experience (including PhD internship)<br>
</div>
<div>* Deep spiking neural network (SNN) learning algorithms design and development<br>
</div>
<div>* Solid programming skills in Python and SNN learning frameworks built on top of deep learning frameworks such as Tensorflow, PyTorch<br>
</div>
<span>* Skills in applying above algorithm and programming skills to solve real-world problems</span></div>
