<div>Advancing Intelligent Data Analysis requires novel, potentially <br/>
game-changing ideas. IDA's mission is to promote ideas over performance: <br/>
while each contribution should contain some empirical evaluation, this does <br/>
not need to be exhaustive as long as a convincing and solid motivation is given.</div>
<div>All accepted papers will be presented at the conference, either orally<br/>
or as poster, and published in proceedings in Springer's LNCS series. <br/>
In order to create an open atmosphere that encourages discussion, <br/>
IDA symposia are intentionally small-scale and single-track.</div>
