<DIV>artificial intelligence, information communication technologies, </DIV>
<DIV>and neuroimaging technologies with the purpose of exploring the </DIV>
<DIV>fundamental roles, interactions as well as practical impacts of </DIV>
<DIV>Brain Informatics.</DIV>

<DIV>The BI'19 will provide a broad forum that academia, professionals </DIV>
<DIV>and industry people can exchange their ideas, findings, and strategies

<DIV>in brain informatics research and brain-inspired concepts and </DIV>
<DIV>technologies. It welcomes emerging technologies for addressing </DIV>
<DIV>fundamental neurobiological questions about healthy brain function, </DIV>

<DIV>or injury, and for generating brain-inspired "smart" artificial </DIV>
<DIV>intelligence and computing technologies to meet future societal needs.

<DIV>Paper Submission: Full papers should be limited to a maximum of 10 pages
including figures and references in Springer LNCS Proceedings format; </DIV>
<DIV>high-quality paper submissions with up to 6 pages are also welcome and will
be accepted as short papers.</DIV>

<DIV>All papers will be peer-reviewed and accepted based on originality,
significance of contribution, technical merit, and presentation quality.

<DIV>All papers accepted (and all special sessions' full length papers) will be
published by Springer as a volume of the series of LNCS/LNAI.</DIV>

<DIV>Research Abstract: Research abstracts are encouraged and will be accepted
