<div>The BI'19 will provide a broad forum that academia, professionals <br>

<div>in brain informatics research and brain-inspired concepts and <br>

<div>fundamental neurobiological questions about healthy brain function, <br>

<div>laying the groundwork for advancing treatments for brain disorders <br>

<div>or injury, and for generating brain-inspired "smart" artificial <br>

<div>Paper Submission: Full papers should be limited to a maximum of 10 pages including figures and references in Springer LNCS Proceedings format;

<div>high-quality paper submissions with up to 6 pages are also welcome and will be accepted as short papers.<br>

<div>All papers will be peer-reviewed and accepted based on originality, significance of contribution, technical merit, and presentation quality. <br>
