The Bernstein Conference on Computational Neuroscience started out
as the annual meeting of the Bernstein Network (<a
moz-do-not-send="true" class="moz-txt-link-abbreviated"
href="http://www.nncn.de/">www.nncn.de</a>) and has become the
largest European Conference in Computational Neuroscience in
recent years. This year, the Conference is organized by the
Bernstein Center Tuebingen and will take place <b>S</b><b>eptember
25-27, 2013</b>. The Bernstein Conference is a single-track
conference, covering all aspects of Computational Neuroscience and
Neurotechnology. Sessions for poster presentations are an integral
part of the conference.<br>

The Bernstein conference will also feature a series of <b>pre-conference
workshops</b> on <b>September 24-25</b><b>, 2013</b>. The goal
is to provide an informal forum for the discussion of timely
