Papers Submission: All papers must be written in English and submitted electronically in PDF format via PaperPlaza (https://ras.papercept.net/conferences/scripts/start.pl). Papers submitted to CIS-RAM 2024 will undergo a peer-review process.

It is our great honor and pleasure to announce the 11th IEEE International Conference on Cybernetics and Intelligent Systems (CIS) and the 11th IEEE International Conference on Robotics, Automation and Mechatronics (RAM), which will be held from 08 to 11 Aug, 2024 in Hangzhou, China.

The IEEE International Conferences on CIS & RAM have always been held together, to exploit the synergistic relationship between both areas. CIS-RAM was first held in Singapore in 2004, followed by Thailand in 2006, Chengdu (China) in 2008, Singapore in 2010, Qingdao (China) in 2011, Manila (Philippines) in 2013, Angkor Wat (Cambodia) in 2015, Ningbo (China) in 2017, Bangkok (Thailand) in 2019, and Penang (Malaysia) in 2023 .
