The Centre for Robotics and Neural Systems at Plymouth University has an opening for a PhD opportunity in Cognitive Robotics. The PhD will specifically be on embodiment aspects of number learning in robots, under the supervision of Professor Angelo Cangelosi.

This PhD is linked to a Project/Research Associate Position within the new Marie Sklodowska Curie ITN “APRIL” (april-robots.org). The candidate will be hired by Plymouth University for a part-time position as the APRIL ITN Project Admin and Research Assistant, whilst at the same time enrolling for a part-time PhD. The net salary for this position is approximately equivalent to a UK PhD studentship bursary.
