Dear Fellow Researchers,

On behalf of the General Chair Prof. Derong Liu, and the Program Chair
Prof. Amir Hussain, I am delighted to announce the sixth international
Conference on Brain Inspired Cognitive Systems (BICS'2013), to be held
at Beijing, China (June 9-11, 2013). We would like to cordially invite
you to submit your research works to BICS2013. Special Session and
Workshop proposals are also very welcome. We believe your
participation and contribution to BICS2013 will help a great deal in
making it another highly acclaimed success like the previous ones.

BICS 2013: the paper submission deadline is postponed to March 1 2013

6th International Conference on Brain Inspired Cognitive Systems (BICS 2013)
will be held on June 9-11, 2013, in Beijing, China.

Paper submission deadline: March 1, 2013
Special session proposals deadline: February 25, 2013
Notification of paper acceptance: April 5, 2013
Final paper submission deadline: April 20, 2013

The IEEE Computational Intelligence Society and the International
Neural Networks Society will be technical co-sponsors of BICS 2013.

All accepted papers will be published in a volume of Springer's LNAI
and indexed in EI Compendex. Selected papers will be published in
special issues of several SCI journals, such as Soft Computing
(Springer).

Beijing, as the capital of the People's Republic of China, is the
nation's political, economic, and cultural center as well as China's
most important center for international trade and communications. BICS
2013 aims to provide a high-level international forum for scientists,
engineers, and educators working in the areas of Brain Inspired
Cognitive Systems to present state-of-the-art sciences and
technologies, and their applications in diverse fields. The conference
will feature plenary speeches given by worldwide renowned scholars,
regular sessions with broad coverage, and special sessions focusing on
some popular topics.
