Dear colleagues:

The International Joint Conference on Neural Networks (IJCNN) is the premier 
conference dedicated to the field of neural networks, and 2007 marks the 
20th anniversary of this event (WWW.IJCNN2007.ORG).   To celebrate this 
important milestone, the organizers of the conference would like to reflect 
on past progress and also to inject new energy into the field.  In addition 
to covering all topics in neural network research, IJCNN 2007 will feature 
world-renowned plenary speakers, state-of-the-art special sessions, 
moderated panel discussions, pre-conference tutorials, post-conference 
workshops, regular technical sessions, poster sessions, and social 
functions.  The conference will provide an excellent venue to demonstrate 
the great promise and the real substance behind recent advances in brain 
inspired computation and the understanding of the brain.

Important Dates:
30Nov06     Special and panel session proposals
31Jan07      Paper submissions; Tutorial and workshop proposals
31Mar07     Decision notification
30Apr07      Final Submission

IMPORTANT! Selected regular conference papers will be invited to a Special 
Issue of the journal "Neural Networks", planned for the autumn of 2007. 
These papers must be substantial enhancements of the IJCNN regular 
submissions, and they will be additionally peer reviewed.
