Connectionists: ICA 2006 Paper Submission Deadline Extended to October 28th

Dear Colleagues,

As the ICA 2006 organization committee, we have received numerous 
requests for a deadline extension due to its proximity to the ICASSP 
2006 submission deadline. Clearly, both conferences are relevant to many 
researchers working in the ICA/BSS fields. Therefore, the paper 
submission deadline for ICA 2006 has been postponed to October 28th.
