The Department of Biology at the University of Texas San Antonio 
invites application for tenure-track/tenure positions at the rank of 
Assistant or Associate Professor with a record of successful research 
on the biophysical and/or computational properties of single neurons. 
Preference will be given to candidates working on the structure, 
function, localization, regulation, and function of ion channels. We 
would like to specifically encourage research that involves both 
computational and experimental efforts.
