CNS*99 submission deadline extended due to computer failure

If you were trying to make the Tuesday 11:59 pm submission deadline
for CNS*99 (the Eighth Annual Computational Neuroscience Meeting, July
18-22, Pittsburgh, PA) and couldn't, don't sweat it.  The web server
at Caltech was swamped by heavy traffic and was going up and down all day.

We will continue to accept submissions through the end of the week.  Sorry
for the inconvenience.
