"Neurocomputing Letters" - call for submissions

Manuscripts are invited for "Neurocomputing Letters" which
is published as part of "Neurocomputing".  Quick turnaround
as regards refereeing and publication are aimed at with a 
"Letter" paper, which should be short (manuscript text about 
8 pages).
