Neuron is an excellent tool for computing the morphoelectrotonic
transform (MET). However, for those who would prefer to use
Mathematica, a toolkit is available at

    http://mrb.niddk.nih.gov/hagai/publ/Zador95/Abstract.html

Several digitized cortical pyramidal neurons are also available at
this site.

The full published description of the MET can be found in:

   Zador AM; Agmon-Snir H; Segev I.
The morphoelectrotonic transform: a graphical approach to dendritic
   function.Journal of Neuroscience, 1995 Mar, 15(3 Pt 1):1669-82.

The Mathematica MET Toolkit was used to generate all the figures in
this paper.
