Abstract: The paper presents a review of current research on different
brain processes related to cognition. The review includes a critique of
the Turing test, animal intelligence, and reorganizational issues related
to superorganisms. How brain behavior might be examined in terms of
continuing reorganization is examined. This is done in terms of the
information exchange taking place between the organism and the
environment. An algorithm is also provided that can perform associative
learning instantaneously.
