        Sorry that I did not specify the proper reference to a previously
        announced paper in neuroprose ("Synchrony and desynchrony in
        a network of Wilson-Cowan oscillators"). The paper is a techical
        report from The Department of Computer and Information Science,
        The Ohio State University, numbered "OSU-CISRC-8/94-TR43".
