Extended Registration Deadline for NNSP'93

In view of an unexpected delay in the mailing of the advance program
and in the recent posting of the announcement to the Connectionists
mailing list, the deadline for early registration for the
1993 IEEE Workshop on Neural Networks for Signal Processing
has been extended to August 14.
