interest include, but are not restricted to, the following areas: 

- Theory & Algorithms   Time series, learning theory, fast algorithms.

- Applications          Finance, image processing, medical, control.

- Implementations       Software, hardware, optoelectronics.

- Biological Networks   Perception, motor control, representation.

The proceedings will be published as a book after the symposium.
