With respect to the recently announced tech report, "The Role of
Constraints in Hebbian Learning", by K.D. Miller and D.J.C. MacKay:
there were some problems with printing at least one of the postscript
files. I have placed a new set of files in neuroprose that print fine
on at least one printer that previously had problems. So, if you had
printing problems, please try again. If you continue to have printing
problems, let me know and I can send a hardcopy (assuming
low-to-moderate numbers of requests).
