In the announcement of the proceedings of the third conference on Neural 
Networks and Parallel Distributed Processing at Indiana-Purdue University, 
there was a minor mix-up in the list of papers.  We also received a number 
of requests from Europe and Japan inquiring about Air Mail costs.
