didn't you get my e-mail yesterday night? I suggested there that instead
of using E=(e2,e3,...,e_n,e_1) which brings the set of edges
J={(1,2),(2,3),...,(n-1,n),(n,1)} to the main diagonal to use another
set J' that corresponds to another predetrmined tour (the choice of J
was arbitrary) find J' so that its corresponding E' has
distinct roots. For instance if J'={(1,5),(5,3),(3,2),(2,4),(4,1)}
then E'=(e_5,e_3,e_2,e_4,e_1) what are the roots of V=(E^t+E)/2 ?
