THE BOY HAS ACHIEVED HIS GOAL AND THE HOSPITAL HAS DESPERATELY
REQUESTED (EVEN VIA BBC NEWS) THAT NO MORE CARDS BE SENT. THEY CANNOT
COPE WITH THE FLOOD.
