The second report on Neural Netowrk research in Japan.

The following list is an excerpt from programs
presented at the EIC technical meetin this spring.
This meeting has been a part of an interdiciplinary meeting on
neural information processing for about 20 years.

I'm afraid this information is outdated already.
But I think there are some valuable information still left.

Sevelar authors will attend ICNN, INNS or NIPS meeting.
Then you may have chance to discuss with them in depth.
