Rochester Connectionist Simulator

Help! I have been trying to reach Costanzo at cs.rochester.edu
about the Rochester Connectionist Simulator.  He used to be the
contact person there.  Does anyone out there have version 4.1
and/or know how to get it?  I have version 4.0 and a license for
the University of Michigan.  Please reply to mls at csmil.umich.edu
