AN UNSUPERVISED FRAMEWORK FOR INFORMATION EXTRACTION

I will describe a framework for relation learning and building of
domain-specific relation extraction systems (Visual Care). I will
demonstrate several applications of the framework in the domains of
mining public medical forums and financial news and blogs. The case
studies demonstrate the ability of the system to achieve high accuracy
of relation identification and extraction with minimal human
supervision. I will also describe and demonstrate the performance of
VC's modifier learning mechanism and coreference resolution.
