[ACT-R-users] ACT-R summer/winter school and workshop updates

Colleagues:

This appears to be the schedule for the next two years:

Summer schools:
	There will be no summer school in 2009 (our sabbatical)
	There will be a summer school in 2010, probably before ICCM.

Workshops:
	In 2009 We will propose a 1 day workshop associated with 
Cognitive Science in Amsterdam.   It will focus on technical ACT-R 
material that would not be presented at ICCM or Cognitive Science. 
In preparation for our proposal to Cognitive Science we would 
appreciate hearing from you if you think you might have something you 
would like to present.
	We hope to have some comparable meeting in 2010 but will wait 
on the experience from 2009 to tune our plans.

Post Graduate School:
	We were not able to find a generally agreeable time for the 
summer of 2009.   Instead we will have a winter post-graduate school 
in early 2010 in some place warm and pleasant, preferably with easy 
airplane access for our scattered members.  Given the CMU calendar, 
preferable dates would be Jan 4-Jan 10 and Mar 5 - 14.  Another 
option a long weekend (Fri - Mon) at other times.  We would be 
interested in the schedule constraints of others as we try to 
optimize timing.

To highlight things it would be useful to get from community members:
    	1. tentative talks for the 2009 Cognitive Science workshop
	2.  schedule constraints for the winter of 2010.
The former is more urgent.
