[ACT-R-users] Installation Question: Allegro Common Lisp vs. Emacs Lisp

Hi,

I'm trying to install ACT-R on a RedHat Linux 7.2 computer.  I was 
wondering if I can use the Lisp environment that comes with Emacs?  I 
tried to load the "+ load-rpm.lisp" file in Emacs, and I get this error:
Symbol's function definition is void: in-package
