Numeric Comparison Model

module to make comparisons like:

current-altitude > desired-altitude
current-speed < desired-speed
current-heading = desired-heading

It would be nice if the module supported the following comparison operators:

greater than
less than
equal
not equal
greater than or equal to
less than or equal to

Does anyone know if such a module exists that we could incorporate into our
pilot behavior model?
