A bunch of cognitive modeling and HCI related announcements, jobs, and
links.  I will continue to send this to you about twice a year unless
you tell me to stop.  I think they are each of some quality, and in
this case the call for tutorials for the Cognitive Science led me to
bundle up the rest and send them on.

     positions.  The ad refers to interdisciplinary links between
     CS and other departments and programs, one of which is a

DePaul University, Department of Psychology, Assistant Professor in
Cognitive Psychology. Tenure track position beginning Fall, 2002.
Ph.D. required.  Applicants should have training in cognition and have
expertise in instructional technology broadly defined.
Responsibilities include: teaching undergraduate and graduate courses
in cognitive psychology, research methods, and statistics at both
DePaul's Lincoln Park and Barat College campuses.  The succussful
candidate would further be expected to contribute to the university's
general education program, to develop and maintain an active research
program, and to supervise graduate student research.  DePaul's faculty
value diversity and serve a diverse student body.  Candidates from
