Learning new productions rules in ACT-R

At this years ACT-R workshop, a potential new mechanism for learning new
production rules has been discussed. For those who like to try out the new
mechanism, or want to know more about it, I have set up a small webpage that
contains documentation, examples, and the lisp-code that implements the
mechanism. As this code is this preliminary, I would very much welcome comments,

bug-reports, etc.
